Koyal Raheja, 2nd-Year MFA in Studio Art Student, exhibits in Bring Into Play at Accaventiquattro Home Gallery

Koyal Raheja, 2nd-year MFA in Studio Art student at SACI, exhibits work in Bring Into Play, a two-person exhibition at Accaventiquattro Home Gallery in Prato, Italy.

Bring Into Play, curated by Filippo Bigagli, features Arber Elezi (Beerat, Albania, 1988) and Koyal Raheja (Bangalore, India, 1992). The works represent traditional children’s games of Albania and India that are at risk of being lost due to an adopted economic model that no longer respects the heritages of these two countries, creating contradictions in both societies. In their works, both artists unveil the difficult transitions their countries faced during the nineties.

Bring Into Play is on view through October 28 at Accaventiquattro Home Gallery (Via del Serraglio 27, Prato).
