SACI Conservation Department Head Dr. Roberta Lapucci lectures at Mdina Cathedral Museum on December 6 and Goya: Il Primo Ritratto, a symposium at L’Istituto Italiano di Cultura in Valleta (the Italian Institute of Culture in Valleta) on December 7.
Friday, December 7th at L'Istituto Italiano di Cultura in Valleta, Dr. Roberta Lapucci, head of the Conservation Department at SACI, will present a lecture at Goya: Il Primo Ritratto (Goya: The First Self-Portrait), a symposium on what is considered Goya’s first self-portrait. Speakers include Dr. Roberta Lapucci, Dr. Paolo Erasmo Mangiante, and Father Marius Zerafa, and the event is organized by the Italian Embassy and the Italian Cultural Insitute in Valleta. The symposium will be held in Italian.
Roberta will also speak at the Mdina Cathedral Museum on December 6 at 6:30pm, where she will present her lecture “Allegory of Love, Death and Calumny."
