AACUPI Photography Competition Exhibition

THE ASSOCIATION OF AMERICAN COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY PROGRAMS IN ITALY (AACUPI) is pleased to announce the AACUPI Juried Photography Competition Exhibition: Celebrating AACUPI's 30th Anniversary

Studio Art Centers International (SACI), in conjunction with Bowling Green State University, is holding an exhibition of photographs with the theme of study abroad as seen from the eyes of students coming to Italy to study. The exhibition will be held in the SACI Gallery from October 22 to November 13, 2009. The opening of the exhibition will be October 22nd at 7:30 pm.

All students studying in Italy during the Fall term of 2009 on any AACUPI program were eligible to participate in the competition. A professional jury will select the best works for the exhibition and prizes will be awarded. All selected works will be printed in a volume called “Study Abroad – Italy”.

A color catalog will be printed by AACUPI and will include all entries to the competition. One copy will be given to each  participant and to the AACUPI programs. Details to follow. Please email for more information.

AACUPI Fotografia Premio e Mostra: Celebrazione del 30° Anniversario di AACUPI

THE ASSOCIATION OF AMERICAN COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY PROGRAMS IN ITALY (AACUPI) è lieta di presentare un concorso di fotografia e la relativa mostra per celebrare il 30° anniversario di AACUPI.

Studio Art Centers International (SACI), insieme con Bowling Green State University, ha organizzato un mostra di fotografie centrate sul tema dello studio all' estero visto dagli occhi di studenti stranieri che vengono a studiare in Italia. La mostra si terrà nella SACI Gallery dal 22 ottobre al 13 novembre 2009. L’inaugurazione sarà il 22 ottobre alle ore 19:30.

Sono stati considerati idonei per la partecipazione nel concorso, che prevede l'assegnazione di specifici premi, tutti gli studenti stranieri che stanno studiando in Italia durante l’autunno 2009 all'interno di qualsiasi programma nazionale dell’associazione AACUPI. Tutte le opere selezionate saranno incluse in un volume dal titolo “Study Abroad – Italy”.
